Existing staff

We would not like to tell you any names of our developers here. We can assure you that all our developers(programmers, designers, SEO-specialists) are highest class professionals. All of them are understanding development concepts of our studio and they use these rules in work. All persons that are working in our studio are highest class specialists that have good salary and love their job. Each of them have high internal censor level that do not allow them to work without good quality. Additional control of the works quality is performed by the project manager of our studio. All these measures are the guarantie of the highest level of quality we can propose to our clients.

The most of our developers have one speciality where they are extremely good and several areas where they have basic or average knowledges. For example, programmer knows very much in the programming and have some basic ideas about SEO and design. This fact allow them to cooperate better during working at projects.

Vacancies

At this moment we have much more projects than our current developers can execute. This is why we are looking for a people to the several positions. That doesn't mean that we will get anyone who will want to join to us. We are refusing near 50% of resumes after first look and another 35% after interview because the most of Internet worker can't work on our quality level. The rest of people are recieving probation period in our studio that equals from 1 up to 3 monthes depending on the position and interview results. At the probation period developer begins to work at the common conditiona but all his results are reviewed by the special assistant. So, here is the list:

  • Designer. This man or women should be good painter with knowledge about composition, colors usage, perspective rules and, of course, good taste. He have to know modern versions of Photoshop and Illustrator. Her portfolio should contain at least 10 works that we can like. Remember that the good taste is the most important thing we will check during interview because we cen help if someone did not know options of Photoshop but we can't do anything if man or woman can't distinguish trash from diamond.
  • Web-programmer This man should have one ability for sure: he have to know object-oriented programming and have to prove this during interview. Generally, we are working with PHP and MySQL in the OOP style usign our engine so the knowledges in the PHP and MySQL are needed too. Good understanding and experience with XML related technologies will be a plus for anyone who will want to get this position. These technologies are RSS, XSLT and XSD schemas. Of course, this person should know HTML, CSS and JavaScript on the good level.
